Dear Mad Scientist,

I am in third grade and I am doing a science fair project on fire.  My 
question
is Does Wood Burn? My hypothesis is, I think that wood does burn.  My Dad 
is a
profesional Fire Fighter and we know that wood does not burn but we need 
more
information on how to prove this.  We know that it rapidly oxidizes.  Can 
you
