I remember, a long time ago, running some documentation that claimed that 
mankind would have to be capable of reaching the Planck energy to actually warp 
spacetime.

Now, there wasn't an explanation of how it related to such things, and this was 
a long time ago, so my memory of the information and the information itself 
maybe totally out to lunch.  I know you must have a very busy schedule, but if 
you could take a moment to answer my question(or tell me that I'm completely out 
to lunch in every way) it would be greatly appreciated.
