I had a completely destructive haircut several years ago. This so called "precision hairstylist" managed to remove my whole head of hair as I have always known it (as she was trying to copy a photograph I showed her of how my hair had been styled about 5 years prior to then in a short shag. My hair was already short when I went to her. I do not have thick curly hair. I have fine wavy hair. She managed to get my hair to come to a complete ball. I never saw my hair coming out of this pattern that didn't fit so I shaved all my hair off hoping it would know how to grow. Unfortunately, my hair is growing back in this same circular pattern that does not fit my head and cannot grow out of itself. I can absolutely see the pattern she tried to create. She tried to cut my whole head to what she thought was my cowlick. She basically removed the guts of my hair to form her vile pattern. I am afraid to shave again as it might do the same thing. It is as though my head of hair is cut into one piece. She was trying to cut my crown hair to curl. I no longer know what it is to have a complete head of hair and the way it is growing back is just confirming how much hair I lost due to her layered pattern. Have you ever heard of this? I feel like I am living in the twilight zone. How can I get the hair back that she removed throughout my crown and head. My head is sectioned in little chunks.
