The answer to your question is that humans have a range of approxiamtely 20 to 20,000 Hz. Some children have been known to hear as low as 16 Hz snd most people as they age lose some of the normal range. Dogs have a range of 20 to 40,000 Hz. They may have the ability to hear at even lower frequencies but experiments to prove this have had many problems.
