Say you start with a piece of chicken - skin included. Conventional wisdom says if you bake it, there is less cholesterol. However, if you fry it, there is more cholesterol. Does this mean that extra cholesterol is created by different cooking methods? This is the same piece of chicken afterall. And if you say its because of the oil one fries the chicken in, what about the fat free oils? Does one still end up with extra cholesterol/fat when using them? Thanks Mad Scientist
