Bowling balls are being produced with different shapes and densities of inner cores. If the Outer shell retains the same properties(co-efficient of friction, total weight, balance and imbalance),does a denser core material in various shapes effect the way it react when rolled? The balls are rolled on lanes made of urethane coated wood or a formica type of synthetic and dressed with oils and lubricants in various patterns. The limits of imbalance are (1)oz on any or all sides of ball and (3) oz. on top of ball as it is viewed from location where it is gripped I would like an answer to this question from someone NOT in the bowling industry.Thank you....Maury
