Subject: Are there ways our DNA can be changed or altered?

Can our DNA be changed through music, or if any outside 
stimuli? Or could our DNA change from drugs, alcohol or 
smoking, or even long term emotions such as anger of 
resentments? Recently a rock band claimed that listening to 
their new cd would change listeners DNA? Has their been any 
studies on the altering of DNA, and could you give me any 
further scientific information on these studies? I was also 
told that people changing their attitude of depression, 
change their chemical components, thus affecting their DNA.
Is there any validity to this?
