According to my colleagues who are dietitians, there is nothing in chocolate 
that will cause pimples. The dietitians tell me there is no scientific 
literature that supports the idea that chocolate causes pimples. 
So I guess it must be something else. My guess is that if you are eating 
chocolate you are leaving something else out of your diet and it might be 
the lack of what you are leaving out that might cause pimples.
That is the best I can do. maybe someone else can help with ideas of why it 
appears that some people get pimples when they eat choclate.
