I'm asking this question to find out if it is possible to code an RNA 
sequence so that the cell it resides in will only "obey" that RNA strand.
If it could maybe you could code it so that the cytoplasm wouldn't allow 
the construction of viruses. It would be like a lock and key sort of thing.
