Hello, I am glad to have found you site. over 5 years ago I was introduced to someone who i was told represented an italian scientist had achieved what is commonly called "cold fusion". He told me that his proccess was a solid state reaction, as opposed to the liquid based expiriments at the time. He stated the his reaction had achieved almost 19,000 units above unity. He said that he needed some investors so he could get the Patent protected, and have lawyers ready to fight off the coming injunctions. He also said that he could not give me any evidence of what he had. he wouldnt even tell me the name of the italian scientist. Naturally i told him to take a hike. His name was david cappelletti, the italian scientists name is Renzo Boscoli. they now hold over 49 international patents in various contries. I just learned of this 2 months ago, he has come back to me for help. I've looked over his patent (patents.ibm.com) the patent # is WO 09843249. His proccess is very straightforward and simple. My qustion is this, Why hasn't anyone ever tried to achive fusion this way before?! I Really dont know Much physics, but i do think this is worth a try. Please tell me why it isnt. It couldn't be this simple
