Hi,
Can you please tell me, how I can reduce the pigmentaion in my eyes, I 
have melanin in there, and would like to start to take appropriate foods, 
vitamins, to make my eyes 100% blue. Can you please help. I am aware this 
is done through natural selection, well can you help me with a start?
