Sensative skin can be caused when the skin comes into contact with something
that irritates it, i.e. cat hair, some people are alergic to beauty
products, and as a reaction they come out in a rash. You will usually find
that fair skined people have sensative skin, I think there skin is more
prone to chapping and break because they are not use to harsh things close
to the skin.
