I asked some doctors at work and this is what they came up with:

Keep in mind you have to eat almost nothing but the following foods to have
a change in urine color.

Red Urine: Beets, Blackberries, red food-coloring

Yellow-Brown Urine: Carrots, B-complex vitamins

Brown-black: rhubarb

Deep yellow: Vitamin C

Blue-green: methylene blue

Those are the big ones. Methylene blue is what you add to fish tank to help
the fish stay healthy. There are a lot of medicines that can also change
the color of your urine.

Best Wishes,
David Beck
