Subject: What is the mineral/chemical composition of the Human Body in percents

I was wondering if you could tell me by percent of content, what 
minerals, chemicals etc.  make up the human body.  I have seen a 
lot on water (55 to 70%) but nothing at all on the rest of the 
stuff.  Everyone keeps telling me you need this mineral and that 
vitamin and something else or other.  So, What is this body made 
of anyway?
