I've conducted a simple experiment on what is the best conditions for
yeast to grow. My results were not as expected. I had one bottle with 3
tablespoons of sugar, 50 degrees C water(warm water), and 1 teaspoon of
yeast. One bottle with 1 tablespoon of sugar, warm water, and 1 teaspoon
of yeast, and one bottle with 3 tablespoon of sugar, warm water, 1
tablespoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of yeast. The bottle that produced the
most carbon dioxide was the last one. I thought the first bottle would
produce the most carbon dioxide. Why?
