This is a science fair project and uses Kitchen utensils to extract 
DNA saomples.  My question is:  Is DNA easier to extract from onions 
as compared to bananas and tomatoes?  My teacher wants me to weigh the 
extractions...Can I do this without a lot of equipment? Is it even 
possible?
