What is the difference between the reaction of catalase and hydrogen 
peroxide in ANIMALS and PLANTS?  Please can you tell me which of these 
tissues will produce the most gas, Liver, Steak, Kidney, Apple, 
Potato, Swede, and Germinating seeds.
