Many types of white flowers can be dyed easily. Carnations are very easy to dye 
and are available year round. Allow them to wilt slightly before recutting the 
end under water and placing them in the dye solution. You can also try daisies, 
chrysanthemums, and wild carrot also known as Queen Anne's Lace. 

An interesting variation on flower dying is to split the stem into 2 or 4 parts 
and place each in a separate dye to see how the colors move.
