Recently my student asked me some questions about Astronomy,
And there's one question that I really don't know the answer,
We all know that the rotational pole of Earth is slightly tilted for 23.5-
degree,
But why is that ?
Does it relate with Polaris ?
Would you please tell me the answer ?
Thanks a lot !
