Well, water that is not already naturally fizzy is made in the same way that carbonated soft drinks (pop, soda, etc) are. Carbon dioxide is injected or absorbed into the water before it is bottled, usually under 2 atmospheres of pressure and a temperature of roughly 40F. I imagine that American Fare, the brand you mentioned, is carbonating their sparkling fruit drinks in this way. By the way - these products aren't really "water" because they contain other ingredients.
