Subject: Is Flourine Ether a better substitute for CFC's in coolants.

I am asking this question because I am currently involved in a 
research group involving the Flourine Ether molecule.  What I really 
need to know is if there are other companies or universities involved 
in the same research.  My proposal is not due until the end of 
October, so you can take your time, but the sooner you can help me
