Last summer a friend and I noticed that the daylight periods seemed to be 
unusually long. I dismissed it as our imagination. However, last weekend he 
told me of a documentary he'd seen on the DISCOVERY channel which he said 
stated that the earth's axis tilted 4 degrees last year. I still can't 
believe such a thing could happen, given the earth's tilt only varies 4 
degrees or so over thousands of years. Is this story TR
