Message:
Why does the fermentation of yeast and molasses produce an excessive
amount of CO2 but when I use a solution of 60% sucrose, 15% glucose and
15% fructose (The ratios of the sugars found in molasses) barely any CO2
is produced. Is there something in molasses that promotes the
fermentation? Thanks for your help.
