I am a student at Florida International University and I am working on a class 
driving question which asks us to ask a scientist about the question.  The 
question is While we have water restrictions in south florida, does the water 
drought cause restrictions in other counties within other states as well and 
how do they compare? My project is due next week on the 18th of April.  I'd 
greatly appreciate it if you could write back to me with any information you 
may have pertaining to my question.  Thanks a  million!!
