Can oil and water mix
I was woundering whether or not oil and water could ever mix. I know
that they are quite different in their chemical composition and I know
that the hydrogen atoms have a partial positive charge. Is there any
way water and oil could mix and do the oxygen atoms have a negative or
positive charge?
