Yes, there is a 'standard' pressure. It is equal to one atmosphere which is 
14.7 pounds per square inch [or 760 mm of Hg barometric pressure].

I really doubt that the evaporation rate of a puddle on the floor as you 
describe would be significantly affected by changes in local atmospheric 
pressure. Local relative humidity would probably have a greater effect --  high 
humidity leading to slower evaporation....
