Thanks for responding to my misinterpreted question about a banana having NO
seeds, my mistake! I meant the fact that they are sterile,
and never used to propagate a banana plant, the suckers are. So again
how is a banana useful to the plant itself other than man eating it? and
planting the suckers? I can`t think of any other fruit that has no other purpose
than to be eaten with no benefit to the plant, can you? and are there any other
fruit with useless seeds? I.E. not genetically altered buy mankind? such as
seedless grapes, oranges etc.
