Hi James,

From your question, I am going to make the assumption that you want to 
extract and determine the vitamin C content in orange juice. If this is the 
case their are methods printed in the "Oficial Methods of Analysis of the 
Association of Official Analytical Chemists International 16th Edition, 
Volume I, Chapter 45 page 16-17, Official Method 967.21. This is a 
titration method. You should be able to get a copy of the method through 
your University library. The method will also work for other juices, friuts 
and vegetables.
