Re: polychlorinated biphenyl history

I found the general type of information on PCB's that you are looking for 
in the Kirk Othmer Encyclopedia of Chemical Technology.  You would 
probable find this collection of volumes only in a science/research 
library at a university or more likely at an industrial site since it is 
aimed at technology.  Look under the topics of diphenyl and terphenyls.
