Ants are the janitors of the world. They pick up the refuse that is left behind. Some of this refuse may be dead animals which breed disease. If ants in my yard clean up the dead bird in the bushes that I don't see and then come into the house, is it possible for them to carry and transmit disease to me and my family? If ants don't carry and transmit disease, why not?
