I've researched the web as much as possible and have attempted the 
links suggested in some of you response pages; none of them have 
worked. One link was titled "analysis of anthocyanins" which should 
have led to U. of Nebraska, Lincoln. I have basic information on 
anthocyanins but I was hoping I could get a more "chemical" approach. 
Any help is appreciated.
