Dear Deborah,

When you searched the web for information on anthocyanins, did you try
Medline? I pulled up 520 references
using "anthocyanin*" as the search term, so I would think you would find
what you need. If you know the names of some structures, you can also go
the old way - look them up in Chemical Abstracts, which (hopefully) will be
in your University library.

Good Luck,

Sandy
