Plants use many wavelengths of light and I doubt that blue glass which
absorbs most of the red wavelenghts would be beneficial to plants. I have
my PhD in Plant Pathology and I have never heard of blue light being
curative for sick plants or animals.
The only benefit I can see would be reduction in infrared wavelenghts which
heat up greenhouses.

Ultra violet light is damaging to bacteria, plants and viruses. In some
situations it is used to sterilize areas, that is kill all organisms before
using the area.
