My 12th grade chemistry teacher has a plastic tube suspended in the shape of a "U" in our classroom. The strange thing is, is that the level of water on each side is not the same. The left side's water level is about an inch lower than that of the right. How can this be? This is not for a grade or any sort of project. It is just for fun. Any help you could give me I would appreaciate. Thanks, Aaron
