Phosphorus forms 2 chlorides PCl3 and PCl5, nitrogen in the same
group as phosphorus forms the chloride NCl3 but not NCl5, why is
this so. whats the difference between the behavior of these 2
elements. Does it have anything to do with "D" orbitals?
