Suppose I want to know how much sugar is in an ordinary Red 
Delicious apple or how much fat is in a bagel, where could I get 
that information.  Most foods have their nutrition facts printed 
on their wrapping, but not foods like apples or bagels.  Is there 
a book or something online that has that sort of info?
