Was watching Indians/Cubs game on WGN 6/4/99 LIVE broadcast from 
Cleveland even though Chicago game.  Tampa lattitude & longitude 
27.77N & 82.63W, Cleveland 41.47N & 81.72W (I looked this up on 
the Internet).  At 8:40PM our time, was pitch black outside yet 
Cleveland still showed much daylight.  If Cleveland is more East 
than Tampa, why daylight longer in Cleveland?  Shouldn't it stay 
lighter the more West a city is?
