We saw and video taped a spider that was glowing. It built a web
between 4'-6' from the ground, approximately 18" in diameter.
It lives near a creek. It is about a half inch in diameter. It 
can glow for extended periods of time, but can quit glowing 
immediately if disturbed. It was dark brown with a yellow/green
triangle on its body which is what glows.
