HI! potassium is usually not listed on product labels, and dialysis patients are usually given only "rough" ideas of the amounts of potassium in foods. For example, i know that bananas are "high" and that toms fruits can be taken in moderation, such as apples and grapes. I would like to know specific amounts of potassium in (more or less) precise abouts of food, especially fruit. How much potassium is in, say, a peach "slice", a mango "spear" or a pear "slice." I have tried contacting Del Monte--as an example--but neither their label nor their web "product nutritional" listing gives potassium amounts. Please help! Tom Phillips
