The best place to find the potassium content of food is at the United
States Department of Agriculture website, which has a database of the
nutrient content of most food. You can access it at http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/
foodcomp/

Keep up your motivation to eat properly. Dialysis is a tough situation, but
determination will help you to succeed. Best wishes for good health!
