Tim,
Gee this is a tough one. I've done some research and the information I've 
found is related to what you are looking for.
Normal blood, at 37oC can hold about 20ml of dissolved oxygen per 100ml. 
How much of this is actually required by the cells depends on many 
factors, eg exercise, cell type, nutritional levels and illness. The 
oxygen level is continually topped up by the lungs.
