I have a dry seasoning blend which contains ground spices, salt, sucrose
and monosodium glutamate. I can titrate for chlorides to determine the
salt percentage quickly. I need a simple test to determine the percentage
of sucrose in the blend. I have access to an electronic balance,
refractometer, spectrophotometer and could perform general chemistry.
