I live just east of new york city, and have been reading up on the madsci
postings concerning aurora borealis. i was wondering exactly how far north
you must go to see them, if Maine was suffecient, or if i needed to go
into the artic circle. also, this being almost january, would i be able to
go up to maine now, and see something grand in the wee hours of the
morning?
thanks!
steve
