I am a college student doing a small project for a nutrition class.  I was
hoping you would be able to answer a few questions regarding the enzyme 
pepsin.
 What are the reactants and products?  What is the importance of this 
enzyme
and what is one factor that inhibits and one factor that stimulates this
enzyme?
