Subject: Some doubts about heat transfer

Hi my name is Antony and i'm studing chemical engineer,
at this moment i'm studing heat transfer, and it relationship with the fluids mechanics
so i have a several questions about this, and i will really apreciated if you answer some of my questions.
1° can u show me the relationship between mass transfer, heat transfer, and fluis mechanics?
2° when the nussel number (Nu) is a constant? 
3° can u show me the expresions of heat, and mass transfer when Re > 10^6 ? and can u show me the modern theory of transfer at  turbulent regime
