I have 2 question that I hope you can help me answer:
1. How can I concentrate the acetic acid in vinegar? I've tried heating it,
but I think the acid is just being boiled off.
2. Is there a way that I can make it react with copper metal to produce
copper acetate more quickly? I'm trying to grow copper acetate crystals,
and this seemed like a cheap source of the chemical.

Thanks in advance,
Eben Olson
