I am sorry for the long delay in responding again. Unfortunately, I have not succeeded either in finding published data for the positron range in matter, which is the distance that the positron travels from the point of emission before stopping and decaying.
I did find this reference to a journal article published in Physics in Medicine and Biology, which describes Monte Carlo computer simulations of positron trajectories in matter, and calculations of the end point coordinates for the most common isotopes used in PET.
