I would like to know the processes used to extract copper and gold from
their ores by using bacteria leaching - how the micro-organisms liberate
the metal from its ore and how the metal is then extracted from the
mixture. I'd also want to know the advantages and disadvantges of bacteria

leaching compare to traditional extraction methods and why it is used only

as secondary process for copper but primary for gold. If details cannot be

provided, please give website for information. Thanks.
