Hello! I'm a College Graduate with an Associateds Degree and a Minor in
Math; but its been a number of years since used.

Once a month I try to regulate maintain a bodyfat percentage of 21
percent. Currently at 117 lbs. kilograms, and percent fat according to
Tanita's Body Fat Analyser Scale; how much weight is added to make the
bodyfat percent?

There must be a mathematical formula; just by playing around with this
number for 5 hours, we can come up with a figure; but if the scale read 20
percent bodyfat at 118 lbs. adjusting number next month would be quite
time consuming.

Any research in a mathematical formula or references would be greatly
appreciated
