I am trying to prepare an answer for someone about the use of YPS in salt,
and how that might effect fish/pond life. I wanted to know if YPS occurs
in halite deposits, or whether this sodium salt is only/usually man-made.
If it is a natural occuring substance, can this be a source of ground or
surface water pollution?
